1. Eligibility:

   - The GLOC Brake Pads Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to individuals aged 18 and older who are legal residents of The United States of America.

   - Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Eaton Motorsports are not eligible to participate.

   - Limited to one entry per person. Multiple entries will be voided. 

2. Giveaway Period:

   - The Giveaway begins on October 1^st, 2023 and ends on October 31^st, 2023, at [11:59PM EST] (the "Giveaway Period").

 

3. How to Enter:

   - To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

     - Sign up for the Eaton Motorsports Mailing List on the official Eaton Motorsports website.

     - Share the Giveaway post on their Facebook profile.

     - Comment on the Giveaway post, explaining why GLOC Brake Pads are their top choice for performance tuning.

   - Only one entry per person is allowed.

 

4. Winner Selection:

   - Winners will be randomly selected from the list of individuals who have signed up for the mailing list on the Eaton Motorsports website.

   - The winner will be announced on November 1^st on the official Eaton Motorsports Facebook page and mailing list.

 

5. Prize:

   - One (1) grand prize winner will receive a FREE set of GLOC Brake Pads. (up to a combined MSRP of $500.00)

   - The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

 

6. Notification and Claiming the Prize:

   - The winner will be notified via email within 7 business days of the winner's announcement.

   - The winner must respond within 7 business days of notification to claim the prize.

   - Failure to respond within the specified time will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.

 

7. Publicity:

   - By participating in the Giveaway, participants grant Eaton Motorsports the right to use their name, likeness, and comments for promotional purposes without compensation.

 

8. Privacy:

   - Personal information collected for this Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

   - This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
